Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at nowbestdeal@gmail.com or call us at +91-8130328670 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including opened personal care products, items marked as final sale, and products damaged due to misuse.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
